Incorporated in June 2005, Project Leaders Limited was the brainchild of Dave Higginson, Robert Lines and Clive Wheatley.  Having worked with each other on many occasions, they recognised that bringing together their different fields of expertise could create a team with a completely new and consolidated approach to the business.
