A Brief History

Project leaders Limited was formed in 2005 by three professional individuals, David Higginson, Robert Lines and Clive Wheatley. They have a diverse background with considerable international experience in major capital projects.

All three had worked together independently on major transportation capital schemes and realised that they could do things better together in a uniform and refreshing way. As a result Project Leaders was formed to provide clients with a complete project delivery service in the arena of large scale capital programmes for the private and public sector.

Since then, Project Leaders has worked on such diverse projects as ‘Cooling the tube’, ‘Kings Cross redevelopment’, ‘FTN/GSMR’, ‘Operational Efficiency on the Jubilee Line’ and the iconic ‘Thameslink Programme’.
