Project Leaders by definition is an organisation of leaders, therefore we expect all our people to be self-directed.  Our Directors engage in project delivery at all levels, ensuring that they can effectively co-ordinate and support our individual consultants.  We currently operate within the transportation and major infrastructure sectors.

Our people and our truly ethical approach are our most important strengths coupled with our proven ability to lead, manage and deliver the complex interfaces between strategic operational requirements and the effects of change within regulated environments.

Our commercial approach is unique within our industry in that we prefer to undertake assignments under a fixed price deliverable based approach.

Project Leaders are Corporate Members of the Association of Project Management (APM) as well as being Link-Up approved via the ACHILLES organisation.
