Details Of Project
Project Leaders agreed a fixed price deliverable based remit to deliver Risk Management services, whilst working within the clients corporate governance framework.

We were able to supply and embed pragmatic risk solutions to the management of project and portfolio contingency reserves. During a 6 month period :-
- We established clear risk and contingency profiles for the entire programme, offering advice and support to the client regarding best practice.
- Developed and implemented new ways of working with project teams to ensure the 'bedding in' of a positive risk culture.
- Helped to implement a number of major internal process changes to company-wide procedures.
- Recruited, placed and trained new staff.
Following the successful delivery of this brief, the client has since asked for Project Leaders to help develop a system to improve the control and management of contingency.
This will enable Senior Management to control the forecasting of contingency drawdown throughout the project cycle, ensuring that reserves are adequate until completion.
