Corporate Social Responsibility Policy Statement

Our aim is to minimise the impact of our business on the environment, to educate the wider community to use natural resources responsibly and have a positive effect on society and our employees.

Project Leaders is committed to the following principles:

• We manage our business in an ethical manner.
• We are committed to full legal compliance in all that we do.
• We aim to provide a safe, fulfilling and rewarding career for all our employees.
• We will, in 2009/2010, further develop our standing as a responsible business in the community.

 

What do we actually do as part of our CSR policy?

In the office:

• We recycle all possible office materials (paper, plastic, printer cartridges).
• Assign our PLOT members to a CSR taskforce.

In the community:

• For the first time Project Leaders is diligently pursuing a strategy aimed at supporting a charity that has links to our business community. We are endeavouring to implement this in 2009/2010

Our CSR policy is something we are still developing and looking at integrating with more areas of our business. In the coming months we will work towards formalising guidelines relating to how we wish to assess the environmental and ethical impact of the organisations we work with – both suppliers and customers.
