Project Leaders was formed to provide clients with a comprehensive project delivery service in the area of large-scale capital programmes for both the private and public sectors. Our People engage in project delivery at all levels. This ensures that they can effectively co-ordinate and support our clients.
Project Leaders have worked on diverse projects such as Cooling the Tube, Kings Cross Redevelopment, FTN/GSMR, Operational Efficiency on the Jubilee Line, and the iconic Thameslink programme. Most recently we have worked on the integration and planning of renewals and enhancing the Anglia Route. We also provided advisory services to MTR (Crossrail) Ltd. Current projects include project management services at Network Rail (High Speed 1), wheel timber and S&C renewals in Anglia, Network Rail SE route operational readiness and the management of OMSL / IOMSL signalling overlay systems, enhancing level crossing safety.
